First signs of winter

It’s beginning to look a lot like winter up in the mountains. This time of year is always full of crazy times running around to the stores to get presents and food or going out to restaurants and bars to meet with friends and colleagues to celebrate the end of year.

Not this year! The COVID-19 has made this year one that we’ll either want to forget and never talk about or keep bringing up as the year when this or that happened. Either way, it’s a year for the history!

For our family, I am thankful that everyone is safe and we are able to spend time together. We just bough a season’s pass to the little hills at Snoqualmie pass so that we can get out of the house, be out in the open and enjoy some snow. Last weekend was our first attempt.

Happy Holidays from our family to yours!
